This close-coupled in-line pump features 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce piping strain. It uses a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a stainless steel impeller and shaft for structural stability. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75-inch nominal impeller diameter and a mechanical seal equipped with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of handling temperatures up to 250°F. The configuration supports either horizontal or vertical installation, as the unit remains self-supported by the system piping. The assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards with a casing rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit includes a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor powered by 208-230/460V, 3PH electricity, paired with a VFD for speed control. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
