This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter, and is compliant with NSF-61 standards. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the mounting bracket includes a cast iron frame with a stainless steel face plate. Rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F, the hydraulic assembly uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The aligned suction and discharge ports allow for straight-line piping, while the self-supporting configuration permits both horizontal and vertical installation. This sturdy casing construction remains suitable for high-pressure service within demanding hydronic system layouts.
The pump is equipped with a 2 HP, 3450 RPM motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
