This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2" suction and discharge ports, built to reduce strain on system piping. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" stainless steel impeller, a stainless steel casing, and a stainless steel shaft. A cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate supports the assembly, while the sealing system uses a ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber. This unit handles temperatures up to 250°F and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. The self-supporting structure eliminates the need for external strapping, while integrated pressure tappings facilitate differential readings during operation.
The unit has a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor for 230/460/60/3 power, usable at 208V, paired with a 110-120V/1PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
