This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring. It includes a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting structure can be installed horizontally or vertically within the piping network and includes integrated pressure tappings. With a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter, the unit meets NSF 61 standards and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump is equipped with a 1 1/2 HP premium efficient motor operating at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
