This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring for internal durability. It includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal arrangement capable of handling fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and supports horizontal or vertical mounting within system piping. This assembly meets NSF 61 requirements for potable water systems and is built to withstand operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The assembly includes a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor housed in an ODP enclosure, powered by 230/460V 3PH electrical service. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
