This close-coupled in-line pump uses an in-line configuration with 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The assembly consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.15-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. This configuration supports vertical or horizontal installation while allowing for system piping support. Internal components include a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The structure operates at temperatures up to 250°F and includes pressure tappings for differential readings, with the fluid path built to minimize system flow resistance.
The motor has a 1 HP output and operates at 1750 RPM. This unit uses an ODP enclosure and functions with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
