Refund Policy
Liberty Supply accepts returns up to 30 days after the date of invoice for domestic transactions. All returns must be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA requests can be made by emailing support@libertysupply.com. International transactions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items authorized for return within 30 days are subject to a minimum 10% restock fee if they are in the original, unopened packaging. Certain items are subject to a higher restock fee. The additional fee is determined by the item's manufacturer. Previously used/installed items cannot be returned unless covered by warranty.
Returns for special order items or modified items (such as an impeller trim) are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is allowed, special order items will incur a restock fee of up to 50%.
Customers must ship authorized return items per the RGA instructions. A valid tracking number for the shipment must be provided via email to support@libertysupply.com. If Liberty Supply does not receive the items for which a return is requested, or items are received without an RGA, the return will be denied. If Liberty Supply is not at fault, return shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount.
All product warranties implied are the manufacturer's liability. If an item is returned under the manufacturer's warranty, Liberty Supply will forward the returned goods to the manufacturer for inspection and determination. Inspection generally takes up to five (5) weeks for a determination to be made. The final warranty decision is solely at the manufacturer's discretion.
