This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports aligned for fluid flow through the system piping. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while the bracket has cast iron construction and the wear ring uses bronze. It is equipped with a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.35" nominal impeller diameter sits within a self-supporting configuration that can be installed horizontally or vertically without external strapping. The unit includes companion flanges for connection to the piping, paired with integrated pressure tappings to facilitate differential readings during operation.
The motor is a 1/2 HP unit operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, powered by a 230/460V, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
