This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for installation directly into the system piping. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. A 6.35" nominal diameter impeller manages the hydraulic flow, while the unit includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The casing structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, and the configuration supports vertical or horizontal installation without external bracing.
The unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor housed in an ODP enclosure and configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
