This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports in an aligned configuration. The pump uses a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter housed within a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F and a maximum pressure of 175 PSI. Because of its self-supporting design, the unit can be installed horizontally or vertically, which reduces strain on connected system piping. This construction adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The motor operates at 1 HP and 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V 3PH supply. The unit includes a VFD requiring 110-120V 1PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
