This close-coupled in-line pump uses a cast iron casing with a 7.9-inch diameter stainless steel impeller to handle fluid movement. The unit has 2-inch suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation in piping systems without requiring external strapping. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration allows for both vertical and horizontal mounting orientations. Internal hydraulic components remain stable during operation, while the close-coupled construction maintains a compact footprint suitable for various commercial piping layouts.
Power is supplied by a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC, premium efficiency motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
