This close-coupled in-line pump uses an in-line configuration with 1.5" suction and discharge ports, allowing for installation in vertical or horizontal orientations while reducing system pipe strain. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.35" stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. A cast iron bracket paired with a bronze face plate supports the rotating assembly. Fluid containment is managed by a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operating temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes companion flanges for connection to system piping, and the self-supporting design stays structurally sound without external strapping, meeting standard hydraulic requirements for durability in commercial applications.
The system uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V, 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
