This close-coupled in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, paired with a stainless steel impeller. The unit has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for installation within existing system piping. Internal fluid handling uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operating temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9" nominal diameter impeller maintains consistent hydraulic performance in both horizontal and vertical orientations. This self-supporting configuration eliminates the need for external mounting hardware, while the rigid casing construction handles standard system stresses.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
