This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, paired with a bronze wear ring to meet NSF 61 requirements. It includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supported by the system piping, which allows for either horizontal or vertical installation without the need for external strapping. The hydraulic assembly has a dynamically balanced, one-piece cast impeller, with the entire structure built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards.
The motor has a 1 HP output at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 208-230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
