This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1.5" suction and discharge ports, paired with 2" flanges to reduce piping strain. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter, while the self-supporting design allows for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external strapping. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the sturdy structure provides a stable framework for the rotating assembly.
The motor is a 3 HP, 3450 RPM premium efficiency ODP unit, powered by a 230/460V, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
