This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring to meet NSF 61 standards. A mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber manages fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.15" nominal impeller is dynamically balanced to maintain flow efficiency within the in-line casing configuration. This unit supports horizontal or vertical installation and is equipped with companion flanges for integration into existing piping circuits. The structure is built for system pressures while maintaining rigid alignment of the rotating hydraulic assembly.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 56C face frame, powered by a 115/208-230V, 1PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
