This close-coupled in-line pump uses a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket. It features a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter with 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The unit complies with NSF-61 standards and includes a seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, enabling operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing incorporates an in-line design with aligned ports to reduce piping strain and permits both horizontal and vertical installation. It is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards and accommodates 2" flanges, providing a robust, self-supporting assembly that integrates pressure tappings for differential readings.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor powered by 230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
