This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. Its hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" diameter impeller with ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seals to withstand fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit permits installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the structure maintains pressure ratings while the in-line configuration allows for smooth fluid flow throughout the system.
The 1 1/2 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM and has an ODP enclosure, configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
