This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to simplify system piping connections. The assembly uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, while the impeller and shaft include stainless steel construction. This configuration uses a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter to manage fluid flow. Sealing is handled by a mechanical seal assembly combined with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, allowing for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure is built for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and can be installed in vertical or horizontal orientations without additional support.
The motor is a 3 HP, 3450 RPM unit with an ODP enclosure, powered by 208-230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
