This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to simplify piping configurations while allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft to maintain structural integrity. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber component facilitates fluid containment at temperatures reaching 250°F. The unit includes an in-line design that reduces system strain and carries a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. As a self-supporting configuration, the pump requires no external strapping when installed directly into system piping.
The system uses a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with 230/460V 3PH power, along with a variable frequency drive compatible with 380-480V 3PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
