This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a 6.15" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. The construction features a stainless steel shaft and a mechanical seal equipped with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This design supports operation up to 250°F and allows for both horizontal and vertical installation. The unit is self-supporting within the piping, and the casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, built to Hydraulic Institute standards for durability and flow performance.
The unit includes a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
