This close-coupled in-line pump uses a 2-inch suction and discharge connection to maintain smooth fluid flow. Built with stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, it features a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket for structural rigidity, while the sealing system uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to handle operating temperatures up to 250°F. The unit follows Hydraulic Institute standards and provides a self-supported configuration, allowing for either horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The system uses a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, drawing from a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
