This close-coupled in-line pump features 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for installation within a standard piping layout. The construction includes a cast iron casing paired with a stainless steel impeller for consistent hydraulic performance. Supporting the assembly is a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate, while the sealing system uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber to handle operating temperatures up to 250°F. The unit incorporates an in-line configuration, allowing for mounting in either horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring additional external support. Pressure tappings are included for monitoring differential readings across the impeller, which is built to Hydraulic Institute standards for fluid management.
The system uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
