This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. It uses a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller balanced for hydraulic efficiency. The construction includes a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural rigidity. The mechanical seal has a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration can be installed vertically or horizontally without external strapping, while the integral pressure tappings allow for differential reading measurements within the system.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficient unit with a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V, 3PH electrical input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Rear pull-out construction allows the assembly to permit complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
