This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket uses cast iron. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal assembly manages fluid containment at temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.35" nominal diameter impeller sits within a self-supporting casing that allows for horizontal or vertical installation, which reduces strain on system piping.
The motor has a 3/4 HP rating and operates at 1750 RPM. It uses a TEFC enclosure and a 230/460V 3PH supply, combined with a variable frequency drive requiring 110-120V 1PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
