This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with aligned 2" suction and discharge ports, built to reduce system piping strain. The casing and 7.9" nominal diameter impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring for structural integrity. It includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit can be installed horizontally or vertically and has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, while the casing structure is rated for a maximum pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump uses a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
