This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping strain. The unit includes a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter and a casing constructed from stainless steel. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, paired with a bronze wear ring. The internal shaft seal uses a ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, this self-supporting configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The pump has a 2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
