This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing uses cast iron construction, while the 6.15-inch nominal impeller is made of stainless steel. A cast iron bracket includes a bronze face plate to support the hydraulic assembly. This configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The unit includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards and handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The assembly includes a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
