This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The unit includes a 6.35" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller, a cast iron casing, and a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. The internal assembly uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal capable of handling fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure is built for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and maintains alignment through a self-supporting, close-coupled configuration. This setup can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external strapping. Differential pressure tappings are included on the casing for system monitoring, while the compact layout reduces strain on connected piping.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC unit configured for 230/460V 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
