This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for a self-supporting configuration in horizontal or vertical installations. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The hydraulic assembly features a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller along with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The mechanical seal uses a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, supporting operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This sturdy casing structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards and handles system pressures up to 175 PSI, which reduces physical strain on connected system piping.
The unit is equipped with a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
