This Honeywell Ultraviolet Sensor is a compact, solid-state electronic device designed to detect the ultraviolet radiation emitted by combustion flames. The sensor, often referred to as a 'minipeeper', features a 1/2 inch conduit fitting for secure installation and is compatible with flame safeguard controls such as R4140, R4075D,E,F and R4138 for gas, oil, or coal operations. It operates at a wavelength of 190-230 nm (nanometers), which is within the UV-C spectrum. This product is designed to withstand ambient temperatures from -40┬░F to 215┬░F (-40┬░C to 102┬░C) and can be mounted horizontally, vertically or at any angle in between. The Honeywell Ultraviolet Sensor has a lead length of 36 inches (914 mm) and includes an integral collar mounting feature.
