This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, aligned to support fluid flow and minimize pipe stress. The unit uses a 6.35" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller combined with a stainless steel casing, shaft, and face plate. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly. This configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The internal seal uses a silicon carbide stationary seat and a carbon rotating element with Viton elastomers, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards and handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The system uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor inside an ODP enclosure, powered by a 115/208-230/60/1 connection. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
