This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned in a configuration that reduces system piping strain. It uses a 7.9" stainless steel impeller and casing combined with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, which supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Built for versatile mounting, this self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without additional strapping. It is equipped with pressure tappings for differential readings and adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards, accommodating operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The motor is a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit that operates on 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
