This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation within existing system piping. The unit includes a 7.9" nominal impeller made of stainless steel housed within a cast iron casing. A cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate supports the rotating assembly. The mechanical seal has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings, and the pump construction follows Hydraulic Institute standards for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. The self-supporting configuration allows for horizontal or vertical orientation without additional mounting hardware.
The pump uses a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency motor within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
