This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections equipped with companion flanges and a 4.40" nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the mounting bracket is cast iron. A replaceable cartridge bearing assembly isolates the internal bearings from high system fluid temperatures. For applications involving aggressive fluids or temperatures up to 300°F, the unit includes a Sealide C silicon carbide stationary seat together with a carbon rotating element and Viton elastomers. The assembly is used for heated or chilled water circulation, primary-secondary loops, and fresh water service.
The 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor uses a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
