This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft are built with stainless steel. Its 6.35" diameter impeller is dynamically balanced to maintain fluid flow through the 175 PSI rated housing. The pump includes a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for temperatures up to 300°F. The self-supporting unit permits horizontal or vertical installation, with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The motor is rated at 0.75 HP and operates at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
