This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, featuring a 6.15" nominal stainless steel impeller housed within a matching stainless steel casing. The internal assembly includes a stainless steel shaft paired with a mechanical seal, which consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit construction uses a cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate to secure the hydraulic assembly. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, this configuration supports both horizontal and vertical installation, while the in-line arrangement allows for fluid movement through the system piping with minimal strain. The structure is NSF-61 certified and rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The unit is provided less motor and is intended for use with standard motor configurations. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
