This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 2-inch suction and discharge ports for smooth fluid movement. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.15-inch stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. It includes a mechanical seal equipped with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and a Viton elastomer, which permits fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the structure supports both horizontal and vertical installation and can be self-supported by the system piping. It has a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and maintains a pump efficiency index of 0.93. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
