This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 6.35" stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a bronze face plate. The seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supported by piping and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. Integrated pressure tappings facilitate differential readings, and the structure complies with Hydraulic Institute standards for pressures up to 175 PSI.
The system uses a 0.75 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for 208-240V 1PH power with a VFD or 230/460V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
