This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports aligned for balanced fluid flow. The casing uses cast iron with a 7.9" stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, which includes companion flanges for system integration. The unit meets Hydraulic Institute standards, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. It handles temperatures up to 250°F and has a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. The internal mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber to manage system fluids.
This unit operates with a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply compatible with VFD operation. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
