This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for installation within existing piping. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while the bracket is cast iron with a stainless steel face plate. This 7.9" nominal diameter impeller assembly meets NSF-61 requirements and operates at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber. The hydraulic structure handles a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, and its self-supporting configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation without additional strapping, which reduces strain on the connected system piping.
The unit includes a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
