This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, with a self-supporting build that allows for installation in both horizontal and vertical orientations without external strapping. The unit uses a 7.9" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel shaft to drive fluid flow, while the casing and bracket use cast iron construction to withstand operating temperatures up to 250°F. Pressure tappings are included for differential readings across the hydraulic assembly. A seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber manages fluid containment within the pump housing. The configuration connects to standard system piping and adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards for fluid efficiency.
This unit runs on a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
