This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for direct installation into piping systems. The construction uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The internal assembly relies on a mechanical seal that includes a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 300°F. The casing includes an in-line design that permits both horizontal and vertical installation while gaining structural support through the system piping. The hydraulic assembly uses a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards for consistent fluid movement.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP unit operating at 3450 RPM in an ODP enclosure, powered by 208-230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
