This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections paired with a 5.65" nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. A cartridge bearing assembly isolates internal components from system fluid temperatures, while a flexible rubber drive coupling absorbs shaft misalignment. The mechanical seal includes a Sealide-C silicon carbide stationary seat and carbon rotating element with a Viton elastomer, rated for temperatures up to 300°F. This configuration is suitable for heated or chilled water circulation, primary-secondary loops, and parallel pumping.
The 3/4 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM with an open-drip proof (ODP) enclosure, built-in overload protection, and a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
