This close-coupled in-line pump uses a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft to facilitate fluid circulation through 2" suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly includes a bronze wear ring paired with a seal constructed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. With a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter, the unit functions in horizontal or vertical installations while remaining self-supported by the system piping. This assembly maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 250°F and complies with NSF 61 standards for water quality.
The 2 HP, 1750 RPM motor uses an ODP enclosure and connects to a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
