This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2" suction and discharge ports. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket. A 7.9" nominal diameter, one-piece cast stainless steel impeller handles hydraulic movement, while the assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built with a robust structure, the pump withstands operating pressures up to 175 PSI and temperatures up to 250°F. The sealing system consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to manage internal fluids. This self-supporting unit permits installation in horizontal or vertical orientations without additional piping support.
This unit includes a standard motor configuration, compatible with varying horsepower, RPM, and enclosure types to match specific voltage and phase power requirements. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
