This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge ports to maintain steady fluid flow. The unit includes a 6.15-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft, housed within a cast iron casing and bracket assembly. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber connects with the fluid path to handle temperatures reaching 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. As it is self-supported by system piping, this assembly can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external strapping or supports.
Power is supplied through a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 200V, 3PH operation. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
