This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing and 4.75-inch impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, which can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The assembly has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and includes companion flanges.
The 1/3 HP motor runs at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and operates on 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
