This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow and reduced piping strain. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.15" diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. This configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards with a 175 PSI maximum operating pressure.
The unit includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 200V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
