This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, aligned for smooth fluid flow and reduced piping stress. The configuration uses a 4.75" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a stainless steel casing. The internal assembly includes a stainless steel shaft, a stainless steel face plate, and a cast iron bracket. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber handles temperatures reaching 250°F. The casing is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards and includes pressure tappings for differential readings. This unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations and is self-supporting within the system piping.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM unit with an ODP enclosure, configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
